We take pride in the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Therefore, all pets will be checked for fleas on admission to the Inn. Animals with evidence of fleas will be treated at the owner's expense!
We require that any significant medical history or condition, past or present, be disclosed at the time of booking or account creation. We reserve the right to deny a reservation if we believe a condition may affect your pet's safety.
We also require that we are notified of any behavioral issues that arise so that we can adjust our care as needed to insure your pet has an enjoyable experience. In extreme cases, this may mean we recommend different accommodations in the future.
Belongings
These policies are designed to insure your pet's bedding is comfortable, easily laundered, and can be kept sanitary for the entire length of their stay:
- In order to help us avoid misplaced belongings, we ask that you limit toys to two per pet.
- Be sure that they are machine washable and are clearly labeled with your pet's name in indelible ink.
- Since we provide Kuranda Cots and plenty of sheepskin bedding, we also request that you do not bring your own blankets and beds with you when you come.
- Plan to keep your pet's collar and leash at drop-off. If you are not picking up your pet, a kennel leash will be provided at no charge.
Meal Plan
We feed high quality Purina EN to all of our guests. Most pets love this diet and do well digestively. Some pets, however, are fussy eaters or require other diets for health reasons. If your pet is on a prescription diet or if you prefer to keep your pet on their regular diet, please bring a sufficient quantity of food with clear feeding instructions. Because our space is limited, please bring only the amount of food necessary for the length of your pet's stay.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
In order to accommodate more of our guests during peak periods and to reduce the number of last minute cancellations we receive, we require a $30 Reservation Deposit Fee for all stays that include holidays. We require a $250 Reservation Deposit Fee for any reservation that is over 2 weeks and the deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Deposits will be applied to your invoice for the corresponding stay. Deposits are completely refundable or transferable with at least 72 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE.
Cancellations without proper notice will result in a $40 cancellation fee.
