COVID-19 Protocol Updates

For Valley Inn Pets:

1) Masks that cover the nose and mouth will still be required for entry into the building. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you, and it must be worn for the entirety of your visit. There are no exceptions to this rule!

2) BOARDING clients can enter the building without calling to check in. If there are 2 people already in the lobby, please wait outside until one of them leaves. If you would prefer to remain curbside, we are happy to accommodate that.

3) DAYCARE will remain curbside as we have learned this is more efficient. Please call to check in and out and we will come get the pets directly from you and also we will bring them out to your car at pick up

4) Kennel tours will be limited to only 2 members of your household and must be scheduled prior. Not pets are ever allowed to come on tours.

5) Access to Valley Veterinary Hospital is separate. All business with the hospital will need to be coordinated with them directly.
